iOS 16 Compatibility
Apple is gearing up to introduce the upcoming iOS 16 mobile operating system at the Worldwide Developer Conference in coming June. This means we are just months away from knowing what comes with iOS 16.
Recently, they have released an entire list of devices that will be compatible with iOS 16.
Reports are stating that Apple iOS 16 will not support all iPhone models. It is reportedly said that the iPhone 7s and all other models released later will continue to be supported by the newest iOS 16 version. This means any iPhone model launched before 7s will be excluded from the list of iOS 16 compatibilities.
However, we cannot be certain of anything right now. It may or may not be entirely true. We will only get to know when Apple introduces its new iOS 16 in June 2022.
We believe that iOS 16 will not be available for iPhone 6 series, which includes iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S, and iPhone SE. If you look back at Apple’s history, they always reduce the number of supported devices after launching a new operating system. They are once again going to do the same with the launch of the latest iOS 16 version.
